Our quarter beef share typically ranges from 120-150 pounds of take home meat and ranges from $900-$1200. According to the University of Kentucky, a good rule of thumb is 1 cubic foot of freezer space will store 30 pounds of meat.  Plan on  5 cubic foot freezer for your quarter share.  
 
We collect a non refundable deposit of $200 at the time of purchase and the rest 2 weeks before your pickup (Saturdays in Winchester and Lexington).
